1. General Policy Statement

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all programs, services, events, retreats, and digital offerings purchased directly from Judith M. Ramos / Sacred Sacraments. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy. All offerings are adult-only (18+) and entered into by conscious choice.

2. Digital Products & Online Programs

All digital products, online programs, downloadable content, and virtual events are final sale. No refunds, exchanges, transfers, or credits are provided once access is granted.

3. Private Sessions & One-on-One Services

All private sessions and one-on-one services are non-refundable once booked. No refunds are provided for no-shows or late arrivals. A one-time reschedule may be permitted with at least 24 hours’ written notice, at our discretion.

4. Multi-Session Packages & Long-Term Containers

All multi-session packages and long-term containers are non-refundable once started. Packages may not be paused, canceled, or partially refunded. Missed sessions are forfeited.

5. Retreats, Ceremonies & In-Person Events

All retreat deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations received more than 45 days prior to the event may be eligible for a partial refund or credit of amounts paid beyond the deposit only if the spot is filled, at our discretion. Cancellations within 45 days, no-shows, or early departures are non-refundable.

6. Payment Plans

Payment plans are a commitment to the full program price. All deposits and installment payments are non-refundable. Failure to complete payments may result in loss of access without refund.

7. Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to modify, reschedule, relocate, or move an event online. Refunds are not guaranteed; credits or alternative participation options may be offered at our discretion.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing, you agree not to initiate chargebacks for services rendered in accordance with this Policy. Chargebacks made in violation of this Policy may result in termination of services.

9. Acknowledgment

By purchasing any offering, you acknowledge and accept this Cancellation & Refund Policy as a condition of enrollment or participation.
